Responsible For Inword And Final Quality Of The Product.
Knowledge of QC and QA Policy.
Training to personal (assembly, store, supplier, transportation) related to handling and usage of painted parts to assure defect prevention.
Capable of doing quality management and control.
Monitoring the improvement of major defects and providing the feedback to the supervisor on a continuous basis till the issues have been resolved.
Assuring implementation of SOP's in all areas related to coating and plating.
Conduction and coordinating supplier audit related to special process (Coating /Plating / painting).
Maintain 5"S" and initiate the continual improvement, Kaizen & POKA YOKE in the process,
Excellent skill and knowledge in using and maintaining Analysis equipment and test equipment.
Familiar with QC tools and ISO9001.
