Position Overview: We are looking for a Quality Engineer with hands-on experience in QA documentation, ISO/IATF compliance, rejection monitoring, Customer Complaints handling, and NC (Non-Conformance) closure. The ideal candidate will ensure that all quality systems and documentation are maintained in compliance with international standards while actively supporting continual improvement in product and process quality. Key Responsibilities: · Prepare, maintain, and update quality documents, records, and reports as per ISO/IATF standards. · Ensure documentation for PPAP, Control Plan, FMEA, and MSA is current and audit-ready. · Assist in internal audits and documentation control. · Implement and monitor quality procedures and standards across departments. · Monitor daily rejection reports and coordinate with the production team. · Record, analyse, and respond to customer complaints with Corrective action. · Support in identifying quality issues and assist in NC closure. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Automobile Engineering. · 1-3 years of experience / Fresher’s also welcome. · Sound Knowledge of: o IATF 16949 standards o PPAP, CP, FMEA, MSA documentation o Measuring instruments and Calibration awareness · Good documentation and organizational skills. · Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Benefits: · Performance-based incentives. · Training on IATF documentation and audits.
