Hi, we are hiring. Location: Bangalore(HSR Layout) Role & responsibilities The Quality and Support Engineer will own modules/sets of features of the platform understanding requirements, writing test cases, conducting features testing, documentation and providing support to the business teams. This is a fully work-from-office role. 1. Understanding Requirements: Participate in discussions with product owners and business owners to understand functional requirements. Create test plan and test cases for the requirments. 2. Functional Testing: Conduct features testing according to test plan. Document testing results. Signoff on features development. 3. Product Support: Actively manage the ownership of features respond to production errors. Test the fixes provided. Train business teams on feature usage. Onboard clients create client user credentials and business data setup on portal. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related fields. Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or a Support Engineer in the Fintech or related industry (2 years preferred). 1 2 years of work experience in gathering and translating requirements into test plans and test cases. Experience in Scrum based development process and tools. Experience in providing support to internal teams and clients on a need basis.
