Come be a key player in delivering exceptional qualitylet's make great things happen together!Experience:4+ Years of experience in digital product testing ( web apps / mobile apps) What you will be doing at SvakshaA bit of planning and and a fair amount of documentation i.e.-Conduct an in-depth analysis of the digital product(s) under development from a testing perspective. Ensure you understand the product's purpose, the needs of its target users, UI/UX factors, technical requirements, and any other essential elements needed to deliver a high-quality product on schedule.-Develop, own, and maintain comprehensive testing documentation, including effort estimates, work plans, test plans, test specifications, and reports, while ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.A good amount of testing, coding and communication i.e.-Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.-Develop and maintain automation test code, using relevant frameworks/tools such as Cypress, RobotFramework, and Selenium ensuring best practices and standards-Integrate testing within CI/CD pipelines and demonstrate experience using Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery processes.Identify, log, and track software defects using bug-tracking systems.While ensuring the following -Demonstrate strong proficiency in the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).-Ensure adherence to company standards and processes to deliver high-quality products.-Collaborate & communicate efficiently with managers, development teams, product teams, and other cross-functional groups to meet quality standards.-Adhere to timelines and other deadlines-Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance quality.-Work effectively within Agile and hybrid project management methodologies, leveraging Jira for efficient project management.What we are looking for.-High proficiency in Excel Sheets for Test related documentation.Skills you shall require for this position-Mastery of Scalable Solutions: You should have a fair understanding of how scalable digital products ( both web apps and mobile apps) are developed and tested, ensuring efficiency and reliability.-Testing Proficiency: We need someone with a strong grasp of software testing principles and methodologies, along with hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing, applying industry best practices.-Automation Tools & Frameworks: Youll need to be proficient with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, RobotFramework, and Pytest etc.-Web Application Expertise: You should have a solid background in working with and testing web applications.Bug Tracking & Collaboration Tools: Expertise in tools for bug tracking and project management is essential.-CI/CD & Docker: Experience with CI/CD processes and familiarity with tools like Docker in a Linux environment is essential.-Additional Tools: Familiarity with mobile app testing and other testing tools is an added advantage.-Documentation: You must have strong experience in creating comprehensive documentation for testing processes, with a firm grasp of Google Docs and Sheets or similar toolsSoft Skills:-Analytical Abilities: You should have the capability to analyze test results, identify defects, and provide solutions.-Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for clear bug reporting and team collaboration.-Problem-Solving: Were looking for a proactive problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude.-Leadership: Proven experience in leading teams, guiding them through quality initiatives, and driving successful outcomes.-Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset is critical for this role.-Adaptability: You should be quick to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and challenges as they arise.-Time Management: We expect you to manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.Qualifications:Education: A Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.Certifications: Any relevant certifications are a plus.Experience: At least 4+ years of experience in software testing.
