Quality Engineer

Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures, standards, and metrics.

Collaborate with engineering, production, and R&D teams to integrate quality requirements into product design and manufacturing processes from the initial stages.

Create and execute test plans, test cases, and quality checks to ensure product reliability and functionality.

Conduct regular inspections and audits of products, processes, and systems to identify potential defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement.

Use statistical analysis and quality tools (e.g., Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC) to measure performance and identify root causes of quality issues.

Ensure all processes and final products comply with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.

Investigate customer complaints and internal quality issues, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

Develop and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to address quality problems.

Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects, driving initiatives that enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Maintain meticulous documentation of all quality assurance activities, including test results, inspection reports, and audit findings.

Prepare and present detailed reports on quality performance and trends to management.

Work with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components meets our standards.

Conduct supplier audits and assessments as necessary.
