Role & Responsibilities: Inspect and evaluate garment samples and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Monitor the production process to identify and resolve quality issues. Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures. Conduct fabric and material inspections before production. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure adherence to specifications. Prepare reports on quality performance and suggest improvements. Preferred Candidate Profile: Minimum 2 years of experience in garment quality control. Strong attention to detail and knowledge of garment production techniques. Ability to use measurement tools and quality testing equipment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
