Job Description

Quality Control Manager, Maruti Metals Maruti Metals is a leading manufacturer in the metal fabrication industry, providing customized solutions for our clients across various sectors. We are a growing company and are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to join our dynamic team and ensure the highest level of quality in our products. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements - Conduct regular inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and final products to verify quality and identify any defects - Work closely with production and engineering teams to develop and maintain a comprehensive quality control plan - Identify areas for improvement and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions - Monitor and analyze quality data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for process improvements - Train and develop quality control technicians and inspectors to uphold high quality standards - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure materials meet our quality standards - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all employees Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Shift allowance Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Location: Panki, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh (Preferred) Work Location: In person
