Quality Controller (HOISERY GARMENTS)

As a Quality Control Inspector in the garments manufacturing field, your role involves reading blueprints and instructions to understand the quality expectations for the products and supplies. You will be responsible for approving or rejecting raw materials based on quality standards and maintaining records of supplier performance. Key Responsibilities: - Select samples from the output and conduct checks using appropriate methods such as measuring dimensions, testing functionality, and comparing to specifications. - Utilize automated systems for performing complex testing procedures. - Keep records of testing, information, and metrics like the number of defective products per day. - Inspect the procedures throughout the production cycle to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards. - Monitor equipment usage for safety and maintenance, and discard any equipment that does not meet requirements.
