Quality Controller - Furniture

As a Quality Control Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality of each piece of furniture at every stage of production. Upon receiving drawings from the Design Department, you will thoroughly study them and raise any queries to ensure clarity. You will conduct physical checks and cross-checks of the finished items with the drawings to guarantee that the items meet the specified standards and are in perfect condition. In case of any discrepancies, you will coordinate with the relevant departments to rectify the issues and maintain the required quality levels. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and following various formats for quality checking, as well as reporting daily rejections to the management in the specified format. You will also address queries from outsourced vendors and internal teams such as Carpentry, Upholstery, and Polishing to streamline the production process. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in assisting the designer during client and internal inspections, ensuring that the final product delivered to the client meets the expected quality standards. Managing a team of quality checking personnel will also be part of your responsibilities to maintain consistency in the quality control processes. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have a total work experience of 5 years in a similar role. The work location is in person, where you will be actively engaged in overseeing the quality control processes to deliver exceptional furniture products to the clients.,
