Quality Controller& Final Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

• Final inspection and in-process quality control of mechanical components
• Use of precision instruments like Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, Air Gauge, Snap Gauge, Gear Rolling Tester, etc.
• Visual inspection of components for defects
• Understanding of gear inspection techniques and standards
• Ensuring product quality meets customer and internal standards
• Documentation of inspection reports

Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field, or 12th pass with relevant technical knowledge
• Experience: 3–5 years preferred (Freshers can also apply)

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of mechanical inspection tools and instruments
• Understanding of gear mechanisms and quality control processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
