Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Control Trainee Officer. This entry-level position is designed for an aspiring professional eager to develop a strong foundation in quality control principles within a pharmaceutical environment. The successful candidate will undergo comprehensive training to ensure that our products/processes meet established standards and specifications requirements. Responsibilities:

 Quality Inspections & Testing (Under Supervision):

· Assist in the inspection of incoming raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products according to established specifications.

· Learn to conduct various quality control tests using specified equipment and techniques.

· Participate in environmental monitoring activities as required.

· Document and accurately record all inspection and testing results.

 Documentation & Reporting:

· Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date quality control records, logs, and reports.

· Learn to interpret and analyze data to identify trends or deviations.

· Prepare initial drafts of reports related to quality findings under guidance.

 Calibration & Maintenance (Under Supervision):

· Assist in the routine calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.

· Ensure all equipment is in good working order and calibrated according to schedule.

 Adherence to Safety & Quality Standards:

· Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and laboratory protocols.

· Comply with all company quality policies and industry regulations.

 Continuous Improvement:

· Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning and continuous improvement in quality processes.

· Provide feedback on process improvements where applicable.

Qualifications:

 Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related scientific/technical discipline from a recognized institution. An M.Pharm degree is a plus.

 Experience: 0-1 years of experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior internship or project work in a quality control setting is a plus.

· Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite – Word, Excel).
