Job Description

Inspect incoming raw fabric/cloth for quality standards such as GSM, colour fastness, shrinkage, and texture.
Check for defects such as stains, holes, weaving faults, loose threads, color variation, or printing issues.
Conduct in-process quality checks during cutting, stitching, and finishing stages.
Maintain quality standards throughout production as per company guidelines.
Identify defective garments and coordinate with production team for rework.
Perform measurements and ensure size accuracy per approved sample/spec sheet.
Monitor finishing quality including ironing, packaging, labeling, and final folding.
Ensure final QC before dispatch and maintain proper documentation.
Prepare daily QC reports and update the supervisor on defects and rejections.
Coordinate with vendors for quality issues and follow up on correction.
Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards in the work area.
