Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead QC for incoming, in-process & final inspection.
Ensure adherence to ISO 13485, GMP & GLP quality systems.
Review sampling plans, inspection methods & testing results.
Lead NCR, CAPA, RCA and ensure timely closure.
Maintain laboratory instruments, calibration and test records.
Drive continuous improvement to reduce rejection & complaints.
Coordinate with Production, QA, Purchase & R&D on quality issues.
Maintain documentation required for regulatory & internal audits.
Train and supervise QC team.

Qualification & Experience:

8-12 years in QC in Medical Devices/Plastics Manufacturing.
Exposure to ISO 13485, internal audits, QC systems & testing.

Skills Required:

Good knowledge of QC tools (CAPA, SPC, Fishbone, 5 Why).
Analytical mindset, hands-on in lab & inspection.
Strong documentation & team leadership.
