QUALITY CONTROL OFFICER (CARPETS/PLASTIC EXTRUSION)

Role Description

Full-time, on-site role in Anekal, Bangalore. Ensure product quality, conduct inspections and testing, monitor production processes, identify defects, implement corrective actions, maintain quality documentation, calibrate equipment, conduct audits, and prepare quality reports.

Qualifications

• Strong quality control and testing knowledge (Mandatory)
• Experience with plastic testing equipment (tensile, thickness, color measurement)
• Understanding of plastic extrusion processes and quality parameters
• Quality documentation and SPC proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in carpets/synthetic turf/plastic extrusion QC (Preferred)
• Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical/Polymer/Chemical/Industrial), B.Sc. Chemistry, or Diploma in Plastics/Quality
• ISO 9001 knowledge (Preferred)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
