Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Perform and manage analytical techniques such as
PCR, ELISA, SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, Isoelectric Focusing, Capillary Electrophoresis,
and
Flow Cytometry
.
Conduct
method validation, data review, and documentation
in compliance with regulatory standards.
Prepare and review analytical reports, validation protocols, and related documentation.
Operate and manage
LIMS
(Laboratory Information Management System) and
EQMS
(Electronic Quality Management System).
Ensure all activities comply with
cGMP
and
cGLP
practices.
Maintain instruments, calibration records, and ensure proper data integrity in all QC operations.
Coordinate with QA and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and compliance.
