Job Description Designation : Asstt. Manager QA QC Exp. minimum 10-12 years, (must have real estate/ High rise building construction with QC and site execution Quality Testing & Monitoring) Qualification: B. Tech/B.E. Civil Engineering with 10-12 years of experience working in Real Estate/High rise Building Construction industry. Role : Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and related responsibilities Industry Type: Real Estate Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks to ensure that all construction works (Structure, Interiors finishings, MEP) are executed in accordance with approved Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), drawings, and specifications. Conduct post-concreting audits and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), classifying them as major or minor, and track their timely closure. Review the calibration status of all testing equipment used on the project to ensure that only calibrated equipment is utilized. Ensure all quality-related arrangements are in place prior to the commencement of concrete works. Quality Control: Conduct Quality Control inspections at designated stages as defined in the approved ITPs, drawings, and specifications for all construction works (Structure, Interiors finishings, MEP). Inspect incoming materials at the project site and, when necessary, perform inspections at vendor or supplier facilities to ensure compliance with standard specifications. Perform inspections of formwork and pre-concreting activities, including verification of XYZ coordinates, levels, verticality (plumb), and compliance of shuttering and reinforcement works with project specifications. Check reinforcement placement against the latest issued construction drawings (GFCs), and conduct random checks to verify the accuracy of the Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) as per reference drawings. Randomly verify the quality of fresh concrete during pouring operations, including checks on slump, cohesiveness, retention time, and batch mixing sheets, ensuring compliance with the approved design mix. Post concrete audits Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports in specified formatsLiaison with Contractors to ensure the implementation of good construction practices at site. Oversee and manage quality control procedures for real estate projects, including site inspections, materials testing, and process audits Develop and enforce quality assurance procedures, ensuring compliance with IS and CPWD specifications Collaborate with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure the construction process meets required specifications Conduct detailed inspections to identify potential quality issues Lead quality audits, assist in preparing final project quality reports Review construction plan and working drawing for quality related issues Provide mentorship and training to junior site engineers and construction staff on the best quality practices.
