Quality Control Engineer

As a Quality Control Executive/Engineer, you will be responsible for managing quality control and assurance processes within the manufacturing environment. Your key responsibilities will include conducting quality checks on incoming materials and finished products, identifying and addressing rejections, and implementing corrective actions. Additionally, you will be required to maintain accurate documentation of quality-related processes and create quality reports such as 8D and CAPA. To excel in this role, you must possess in-depth knowledge of quality control and assurance processes, be proficient in reading technical drawings, and demonstrate a keen attention to detail. Basic math skills and knowledge of basic rubber properties are also essential for this position. Furthermore, you will be expected to train and educate team members on quality standards and procedures, as well as coordinate with external quality auditors when necessary. A degree or diploma in Rubber Technology, Polymer Engineering, or Mechanical, along with 1-3 years of experience as a QC/QA Executive in a manufacturing environment, is required for this role.
