Quality Control Engineer- Diploma

Conduct final inspection of materials to ensure

adherence of quality standards

● Identify and raise NCR to address the issues for

continuous improvement.

● Address quality issues of the customer

● Conduct vendor audit by visiting supplier

locations to ensure quality standards compliance.

● Conduct site visits to troubleshoot issues and

provide solutions

● Performing PDI to verify product quality before

dispatch

● Manage and track internal and external quality

costs

● Inspect materials returned from sites to assess

quality and compliance

● Inspect the home lift Kits for quality compliance

with specified parameters

● Participate in process and product audits

● Perform fixture validation

● Proficiency in MS Office

● QMS and Product Knowledge

● Machine, Process Knowledge, and Material

Handling Knowledge

● Root Cause Analysis Expertise

Performance Criteria/KPIs

● Measure of in-process

- Closure of CAPA %

- No. of CAPA

- Duration of CAPA closure

● Reduce overall cost of poor quality

Qualification:- Must Have Diploma Mechanical Engineer
