Quality Control Engineer CNC machine shop

Key Responsibilities: - Take charge of ISO/IATF documentation and ensure compliance with standards - Hands-on involvement in documentation processes - Study drawings to create control plan documentation - Complete PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) tasks - Spend time on the shop floor to identify the root causes of defects and implement corrective actions Qualifications: - Demonstrate a willingness to learn continuously - Show relentless determination to try new approaches - Embrace failure as a stepping stone towards improvement - Skill in grooming and developing people - Experience of 2-3 years, with a belief in the potential of young talents Please note that the company is focused on fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and quality excellence.
