Responsibilities: - Conducting process audits to ensure compliance and quality standards - Managing production activities during assigned shifts - Troubleshooting issues related to die casting processes - Maintaining ISO/IATF documentation accurately - Upholding production quality and efficiency standards - Compiling data for production details and efficiency analysis Key Skills: - Quick learner with the ability to grasp technical skills efficiently - Proficiency in computer usage for proper documentation and audits as per ISO standards - Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes Required Experience and Qualifications: - Diploma qualification is mandatory, B.E. candidates need not apply - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the die casting industry - Proficiency in die casting operations is essential - Fluency in English and Hindi languages - Strong written communication skills - Confidence and assertiveness in handling responsibilities This is a full-time position with a rotational shift schedule and the opportunity for a yearly bonus.
