Quality Control Analyst (Microbiology)

As a Quality Control Associate (Microbiology) at our company, your role involves maintaining proper documentation, handling testing machineries, conducting testing of various samples, and coordinating with other departments. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities: - **Maintenance of Control Samples**: - Maintain control samples for raw material, packing material, IPQC, and FGQC received by the in-house laboratory. - **Test Documentation**: - Maintain all documentation related to control samples, test reports, and procedures for in-house testing, specifically for Microbiology. - Responsible for maintaining SOP, STP, and daily dispatch of in-house quality test reports. - **Handling Test Machineries**: - Handle different test machineries and prepare volumetric solutions and other mediums for sample testing. - Test various samples and dispatch quality control test reports after approval from your reporting manager. - **Co-ordination with other departments**: - Maintain coordination of the QC department with other departments. - Aid in the decision-making process by the Head of Quality Control department.
