Quality Control Analyst (Microbiology)

As a Quality Control Associate (Microbiology), your primary responsibility will be to ensure the proper maintenance of control samples, handling testing machineries, conducting testing of various samples, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with other departments. One of your key roles will involve maintaining control samples for raw material, packing material, IPQC, and FGQC received by the in-house laboratory. You will be responsible for documenting all test samples, test reports, and related procedures specifically for Microbiology testing. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining SOP, STP, and ensuring the daily dispatch of in-house quality test reports. Handling different test machineries and preparing volumetric solutions and other mediums necessary for testing samples will be part of your daily tasks. You will conduct tests on various samples and ensure the dispatch of quality control test reports after approval from your reporting manager. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in coordinating with other departments within the organization. Your coordination efforts will facilitate the decision-making process led by the Head of the Quality Control department. It is expected that you will diligently complete any tasks assigned by your reporting manager in a timely and efficient manner.
