Role & responsibilities: Prepare QA/QC Plans & Checklists Develop inspection and test plans (ITPs), checklists, and standard procedures. Material & Workmanship Inspection Verify materials and workmanship match specs and quality standards. On-site Supervision & Testing Conduct daily inspections, material tests (concrete strength, soil compaction), and record findings. Non-conformance Management Identify defects, issue NCRs, track corrective actions, and followup until resolved. Documentation & Reporting Maintain inspection logs, test results, ITPs, and prepare periodic quality reports. Audits & Final Inspection Conduct internal audits and final walkthroughs; assist in punchlist and certification processes. Preferred candidate profile Familiarity with ISO/standards, QCPs, ITPs, NCRs
