Job Title: Quality Checker

The Final Auditor is responsible for conducting thorough quality inspections of finished garments before shipment. The role ensures that all products meet customer specifications, buyer requirements, and company quality standards. The auditor will act as the last checkpoint to minimize defects, improve customer satisfaction, and safeguard brand reputation.

Key Roles and Responsibilities -

● Conduct final inspections on finished garments as per AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards.

● Check overall workmanship, measurements, labeling, packaging, and presentation before shipment.

● Verify compliance with buyer-approved samples, tech packs, and specifications.

●Identify, record, and classify defects (critical, major, minor).

● Prepare final inspection reports with clear documentation and photographic evidence.

● Ensure products are packed, ticketed, and labeled as per buyer requirement.

●Follow up with the quality/production team to address repeated defects and suggest corrective actions.

● Maintain and update quality audit records for traceability.

● Train and guide factory staff on quality awareness and defect prevention.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in garment final inspection/quality control (woven/knit as per company category).

Qualification

Graduate/Diploma in Textile Engineering / Apparel Technology (preferred).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
