Quality Checker – Façade

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review 2D / 3D drafting using AutoCAD software for Shop Drawings (working drawings) related to Façade and Curtain Wall projects, including material schedules.
• Verify CAD design and drafting techniques, and ensure accuracy in architectural drawing interpretation.
• Check compliance of drawings for industrial and commercial projects.
• Review detailed façade tender packages prepared using architectural tender drawings.
• Validate façade system details created from architectural sketches.
• Ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
• Perform checks under tight deadlines with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Evaluate estimation sheets, quantity take-offs, shop drawings, and manufacturing drawings as per industry standards.
• Ensure design processes are followed and updated for accurate and timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement and professional development practices.

Requirements:

• Overall Experience: 2 to 3 years (preferred if candidate has experience in outsourcing or related fields)
• CAD Experience: 2 to 3 years
• Educational Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,050.89 - ₹48,065.35 per month
