Responsible for assisting GM (civil) in deciding on the kind of construction material that is to be used in the Construction of projects. He has to recommend the usage of Quality materials, after conducting the necessary quality tests. Responsible for standardizing the construction techniques Planning site visits to all branches, such that each site inspected at least twice in month Educating the Site Engineers, about the standard grade of materials that is to be used in construction. Ensuring that the construction practices followed at site match up to the standardized procedures set. Organizing monthly site meetings with the contractors, material suppliers and structural engineers. Random checking and making reports for plants and machinery that is used at sites.
