In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Review and approve vendor Documentation -CMTRs (Chemical, Mechanical, NDE, Corrosion, Painting ..etc) by comparison with material specification to assure compliance with ASME Code , Purchase Order and Emerson Quality Assurance requirements. Contacts Suppliers of documentation on deficiencies by interface with Supplier Quality Management personnel to delineate and clarify specification requirements and recommend correction action. Responsible for the review and approval of Supplier Documentation to assure that all purchased material, equipment and services confirm procurement specifications. Prepares and reviews Customer documentation packet. Ensure they are compliant to customer PO before uploading to Emerson portal. Investigates and initiates necessary corrective actions for documentation related to Customer/ internal complaints and collaborates with respective parties for improvements. Implementation of new document management tools Maintain records of work done

Ensure all quality control procedures are documented and adhered to throughout the manufacturing process. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Manage, mentor, and develop the quality control team, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and career development. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Oversee and coordinate quality control testing and inspection processes, including raw material, in-process, and final product inspections. Collaborate with customers to understand their quality requirements and address quality-related concerns. Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution through effective problem-solving and communication. Creation and implementation of quality concepts, work and process instructions Drive completion of APQP and PPAP processes to obtain customer approval. FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and Control Plan processes. Develop and maintain strong trust-based relationships with customers, serving as the main point of contact for all quality-related matters. Quality Certification will be an Added Advantage Knowledge of Forging industry Candidate Should be Willing to Relocate to Shirdi as factory Location is Shirdi.

4-8 years experience in food processing companies. 3-4 years in food quality Food Quality compliances, Audits, certifications, regulatory matters, Overall quality measures in the company

Performance Monitoring: Establish guidelines, targets, and standards for monitoring results. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills . MBA/ B. Tech with Relevant years of experience in process improvement roles . Proven track record of leading successful Lean Six Sigma projects . Excellent communication & leadership abilities. . Project management degree/diploma/certification would be an advantage . Master Black Belt certification . Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis software . Black belt/ Green Belt /Lean/ Any Other Quality Certification would be an added advantage . Previous experience in source to pay processes within a BPM environment would be an advantage Preferred Qualifications/ Skills . Excellent problem-solving abilities with strategic mindset . Experience in Process Improvement Methodologies [Lean, Six Sigma and/or Processes Re-engineering, others] - Application & Execution .
