As an Experienced QA & Automation Engineer at BMC, you will have the opportunity to contribute to BMC's success by: - Building automation components/processes for industry-leading cloud services - Focusing on server-side automation development using Python - Setting up, maintaining, and planning SaaS CI/CD-based pipelines and exercising Scrum team Agile processes - Implementing specific components as part of different automation pipelines - Collaborating with a global team and remote management To ensure your success in this role, you should possess the following skillset and experience: - 8+ years of experience in a QA Automation role, preferably in Python - Experience in Jenkins job writing - Ability to write scripts for a quality automation system - Understanding of the process of quality-related phases within the release process of a product or a service - Self-learning capabilities with good time management skills - Strong team player with good collaboration and communication skills - Proficiency in English (verbal and written) Additionally, while not mandatory, the following skills would be beneficial and our team can assist you in developing them: - Containers and/or docker - Git - Databases - Operating systems, preferably Linux BMC offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from 1,588,350 to 2,647,250.
