We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Quality Head to lead our Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) functions across manufacturing, supply chain, and service operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in quality management systems, ISO standards, and continuous improvement methodologies, ensuring best-in-class product quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards . Lead and manage QA/QC teams across all operational units to ensure consistent quality practices. Monitor product development and manufacturing processes for compliance with quality standards . Conduct root cause analysis for product failures, customer complaints, and internal non-conformities. Oversee supplier quality management including vendor audits and performance evaluations. Ensure adherence to industry certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.). Lead internal and external quality audits , driving Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) . Drive Lean, Six Sigma , and continuous improvement initiatives organization-wide. Collaborate with customers, regulatory bodies, and certification agencies on quality-related matters. Design and deliver training programs to enhance organizational quality awareness and capability. Qualifications and Experience Bachelors/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering , or a related field. 10 - 15 years of progressive experience in quality management within HVAC, refrigeration, or manufacturing industries. Strong knowledge of ISO standards , quality tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP), and statistical techniques. Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred). Proven leadership, excellent communication, and analytical problem-solving skills. Proficiency in quality management software and ERP systems . What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.
