Quality Assurance Tester (Web and Mobile Applications)

As a Quality Assurance Tester at Zetexa Global Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality web and mobile applications to our customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications. - Perform functional, regression, and usability testing to identify defects and ensure product quality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and user stories. - Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to provide input on test efforts and priorities. - Document and report bugs, errors, and issues encountered during testing. - Conduct compatibility testing across different browsers and mobile devices. - Perform performance and load testing to ensure applications meet performance requirements. - Work closely with developers to reproduce, debug, and resolve issues identified during testing. - Stay updated with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and best practices. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing. - Strong understanding of testing methodologies, techniques, and processes. - Experience in testing web applications (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and mobile applications (Android and iOS). - Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and document defects accurately. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
