Quality Assurance Tester

As a QA Engineer at Restroworks, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our cloud-based restaurant technology platform. Your responsibilities will include reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents, developing and running tests, reporting on results, and collaborating with software developers to address program issues. Your role will require you to have proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester, the ability to document and troubleshoot errors, an analytical mind, and strong problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide valuable feedback. Additionally, you will create detailed test scenarios, test plans, and test cases, estimate and prioritize testing activities, and coordinate testing efforts. To excel in this position, you must have hands-on experience with test management tools, defect tracking tools, web and mobile technologies, and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Rational analysis, logical thinking, testing techniques, test planning, and documentation skills are essential. Good verbal and written communication skills, multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office suites (Excel, Word, PPT) are also required.
