As a Quality Analyst Senior Associate at EY, you will play a crucial role in the Learning Solutions Services team by contributing to the quality assurance processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Crafting and implementing test scenarios based on design documents and specifications, analyzing test outcomes, and resolving bugs effectively. - Proficiency in various testing methodologies such as Functional, Accessibility, Regression, Integration, System, Cross-Browser, Exploratory, and Usability Testing. - Ensuring project schedules are maintained and delivering high-quality work within agreed-upon timeframes. Skills and attributes that will lead to your success in this role: - Proficiency in Manual Testing and Mobile App Testing practices. - Experience with testing on Android and iOS platforms would be advantageous. - Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and familiarity with SCORM compliance testing tools. - Deep knowledge of bug tracking and issue management systems. - Familiarity with various automation testing tools. To qualify for this position, you must have: - Any Graduate qualification. - 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, measurement, reporting, analysis, defect prevention, and continuous improvement. - Experience in the eLearning industry would be beneficial. In addition, having strong Excel and PowerPoint skills would be ideal for this role.
