Quality Assurance & Quality Control

Ø Responsible for Quality Compliance as per Quality Plan

Ø Co-ordination with Third Party Inspection Agency

Ø Responsible for Final Release of Product after ensuring that all activities have been carried out as per Quality Plan / Drawing / Customer requirements.

Ø Co-ordinate with DH Purchase for supplier audit.

Ø Responsible for Control of Measuring and Monitoring Equipment.

Ø To look after the quality of the products and to ensure that only the accepted material will go to next process.

Ø Co-ordination with Operations, and Sales department in case of Customers complaints.

Ø Review of Incoming inspection, in-process and final inspection.

Ø Review of all chemical, physical and other test certificates supplied by the Suppliers.

Ø Validation & re-validation of special processes.

Ø Disposal of non-conforming product during incoming, in-process and final inspection in consultation with DH Operations

Ø Co-ordinate in selection and evaluation of Supplier.

Ø On-site/off-site audit of supplier.

Ø To approve documents pertaining to his department

Ø To give leadership and motivate his sub-ordinates.

Ø To maintain Quality records pertaining to his function.

Ø To co-operate with internal/external auditors during audits.

Ø To co-ordinate with Management representative for effective and speedy implementation and Improvement of quality system within his function.

Ø To recommend required changes in the system for effective functioning.
