Quality Assurance (QA) Lead - L2

The purpose of this role is to ensure compliance and quality of the process within an account. You will be responsible for tracking and reviewing the process quality through audits, developing audit plans as per SOP, and monitoring audits to ensure they are conducted as per plan. Additionally, you will review audit data across the account to assess performance on quality parameters and identify error trends. Your role will involve preparing reports for internal leadership and clients, as well as identifying best practices and working with the delivery team to deploy improvements. You will also be required to ensure compliance by front-ending with external auditors, coordinating with internal teams, and developing SOPs and compliance registers as necessary for audits. Training will be a key aspect of this role, involving conducting root cause analysis of errors, organizing monthly trainings based on error types, and deploying various training methods to enhance skills and reduce error rates. Managing team resources and talent will be crucial, including hiring the right resources, providing onboarding and training, building an internal talent pool, and managing team attrition. Performance management, goal setting, performance reviews, and employee satisfaction and engagement initiatives will also be part of your responsibilities. Your role will require expertise in L&P Policy Acquisition & Servicing, with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the field.
