Quality Assurance Manual Test Engineer

Role Overview: At Optimum Info, you will be a Quality Assurance Engineer responsible for ensuring the quality of software products by defining test plans and strategies, executing tests, and certifying the software product. You will actively participate in product development, create and maintain automated tests, and ensure that programs function according to specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the assigned software products and features - Prepare and maintain test plans and strategies for each product line - Develop test scenarios and scripts for feature and product testing - Create, set up, and maintain regression scripts - Test software with a goal of zero defects on production - Coordinate testing initiatives for releases with the team - Develop and implement automated regression testing scripts - Monitor program release cycles and validate deployments - Define, track, and report quality assurance metrics - Collaborate with other teams for continuous quality improvement initiatives Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering with 2-3 years of experience in software testing, Agile/SCRUM environment, and automated testing frameworks using tools like Selenium, UFT, Coded UI - Experience with configuration management tools like Git, TFS/Azure DevOps - Holders of other graduate degrees with equivalent experience will also be considered - Past experience or passion to grow into an SDET profile Additional Company Details: Optimum Info is focused on innovation and developing software solutions for companies in Automotive, Power Sports, and Equipment industries.
