Quality Assurance Intmd Programmer Analyst

As a Quality Assurance Intermediate Analyst at our company, you will perform initiatives related to the System Integration Testing (SIT) process. You will collaborate with technology project managers, UAT professionals, and users to design and implement appropriate scripts/plans for an application testing strategy/approach. Your responsibilities will also include software quality assurance testing. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and design standards and procedures, ensuring adherence throughout the software development life cycle. - Ensure consistency and quality of processes across the organization. - Collaborate with local and global stakeholders like the development team and UAT team to ensure project stability and productivity. - Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. - Experience in Software testing lifecycle and methodologies including System, Integration testing, Regression testing, and more. - Proficiency in SQL. - Setting up, maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms. - Liaise with developers and BA's to identify system requirements and communicate testing status. - Experience working with automation tools and CICD pipeline. - Knowledge of programming languages such as Java. - Experience with ALM tools like JIRA. - Experience in API testing using tools like Postman and JMeter. - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. - Experience of Behavior Driven Development. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **Qualifications:** - 6+ years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry. - Intermediate level experience in a Quality Assurance role. - Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively. **Education:** - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
