Quality Assurance

As a Quality Assurance Manager / Executive at Hi-Tech Minerals & Chemicals, your role will involve ensuring compliance with QA systems, documentation, SOPs, audits, and customer quality requirements. You will have the following key responsibilities: - Implement & monitor QA systems, SOPs, and quality standards across production and lab areas - Maintain documentation for BMR, change control, deviation, CAPA, COA, specifications, etc. - Coordinate internal audits, customer audits, and third-party compliance audits (FSSC / SMETA / ISO preferred) - Review & release batch records, QA logs, and ensure traceability - Support QA training, GMP compliance, hygiene & housekeeping checks - Handle customer complaints / investigations and support root cause analysis - Work closely with QC, Production, and Dispatch teams to maintain quality consistency - Maintain and update controlled documents: SOPs, formats, checklists, master lists To qualify for this role, you should have a degree in B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical, Food Tech, Pharma, etc. with at least 3 years of experience in a QA role in the manufacturing / process industry. Knowledge of ISO, GMP, CAPA, audit documentation, COA handling, and QA systems is required. You should also be proficient in Excel, documentation, and QA paperwork. Good communication & coordination skills are essential, and experience in the mineral / chemical / pharma / food / cosmetic industry would be preferred. In return, you will receive a salary ranging from 25,000 to 40,000 per month based on your education and experience.
