Quality Assurance Executive (Fresher)

As a Quality Control Inspector, your role will involve inspecting fabrics, trims, and accessories before production, conducting in-line and final inspections of garments, and identifying defects in stitching, measurement, fitting, and finishing. You will be responsible for maintaining proper quality records and inspection reports, supporting the QA team in implementing quality control procedures, and coordinating with production and merchandising teams for corrective actions. Your qualifications should include being a fresh graduate or having a diploma in Textile / Fashion / Garment Technology or a related field. You should possess a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn, along with good communication and teamwork skills. While a basic knowledge of garment construction and fabrics is preferred, it is not mandatory. You should also be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively. The company is looking for a full-time candidate with a Bachelor's degree as the minimum educational requirement. The work location is in person.
