Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and versatile professional with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our quality assurance team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in QA principles and methodologies, be capable of developing and executing detailed test cases, and be proficient at automating those test cases. Roles and Responsibility Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both functional and non-functional testing. Apply QA methodologies and best practices to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Collaborate closely with teammates to understand requirements and testing needs. Identify, record, and track bugs and defects throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution. Perform manual exploratory testing to discover issues that automated tests might miss. Automate the execution of manual test cases using C# and Selenium, ensuring consistency and repeatability. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Proven experience in both manual and automation testing. Strong understanding of QA principles, test planning, and test case development. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and experience with Selenium. Experience with Object-Oriented Programming and strong SQL knowledge. Ability to communicate effectively and work independently as a self-starter. High level of attention to detail and ability to prioritize and be flexible in rearranging priorities across multiple tasks and deadlines.
