Quality Assurance & Control

  • Having experience in

    handling line quality team

    to ensure and improve product quality by frequency wise inspection and sampling technique to follow customers requirement
  • Resolve & Root Cause Analysis of Internal as well as external production line failure and take

    ICA & PCA

    .
  • Responsible for

    daily line quality issues analysis

    with the help of brain storming and fishbone technology and responsible for implementation and monitoring of corrective action, then ensure horizontal deployment as well as preventive action
  • Responsible for analysis of customer complaints and ensure customer

    prelim report & 8D report

    preparation and send to customer within timeline define.
  • Handling Customer complaints and

    communication and prepare 8D and CAR report

    for customer complaint
  • Resolve Supplier quality issues and ensure

    implementation and verification CAPA

    at supplier end
  • Planning & perform the short term and long term

    capability study

  • Monitoring live process performance through

    SPC control chart/pre control chart

  • Develop& implementing the

    inspection standard /control technique

    to ensure that the process adheres to set quality standard.
  • Proactive action in line for achieving customer requirements, and Improve continually existing operation for

    increase quality, Productivity, efficiency and cost saving

  • Prepare

    PPAP Documents

    at different level as required by customer and taking follow up from customer after submission of PPAP documents and sample to customer.
  • Demonstrate & Implement TPM activity in shop floor and monitored data as pillar wise.
  • Plan & auditing internal process
  • Handling of customer audit plan execution.

Required Skill Position Details :

Problem Solving Skill-8D Methodology,

Continuous Process Improvement, Cost Saving, Analytical approach,

Business requirement planning & execution and Project management Skills

DWM Skill & excellent Leadership and communications Skills is a must.

Must have led a team of 7-10 juniors.

Knowledge of Control Plan and Quality Improvement Plan,

Check List, OPL ~ 8D(Problem Solving Tool),

Why-Why analysis, Poka-yoke, 5S, Kaizen, Pareto Analysis, Process Point Analysis

PPM Reduction Project, NPD, QPQP,PPAP, Handling Customer complaints.

Qualification:

  • B-Tech /

    BE any Specialization

  • Experience 6-12 years in manufacturing Unit

  • Immediate joiners or 15-20 days joining
