Quality Assurance Consultant - L3

You will be responsible for supporting process excellence initiatives and driving improvement projects. Your role will involve driving benchmarking and best practices deployment across accounts, understanding potential customer dissatisfaction drivers, and proactively mitigating any risks. Working closely with customers and the operations leadership team, you will identify improvement opportunities and drive them to closure. Additionally, you will be tasked with driving projects to improve and maintain the profitability of the process, fostering a culture of process improvement using tools like Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen on the process floors. Ensuring standardization practices on the floor and strict compliance in internal and client-defined processes will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Monitoring and driving compliance requirements through Internal Common Minimum standards (CMS), ISO 9001, etc., will also fall under your purview. You will need to ensure that all process metrics are met, lead quality reports and dashboards, and support in SOP and VSM creation. Your mandatory skillset should include expertise in Quality.
