Job Description

Notice Period : Immediate - 15 Days Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance tests to assess system scalability, responsiveness, and stability under various load conditions. - Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimization strategies. - Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks for load and performance testing, leveraging tools like JMeter, Gatling, Postman, Python, and cloud platforms. - Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot performance issues and implement performance improvements. - Create detailed performance test reports, including metrics, charts, and recommendations. - Stay up-to-date with the latest performance testing tools, techniques, and industry best practices. - Mentor and guide junior team members in performance testing methodologies and automation. Required Skills : - Strong proficiency in load, stability, and performance testing concepts and tools. - Hands-on experience with programming languages like Python, Java, C, JavaScript, and PowerShell. - In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (IP, ARP, MQTT, TCP, TLS, HTTP, HTTPS) and their testing. - Expertise in virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Strong understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native technologies. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Desired Skills : - Knowledge of Jenkins, GitLab, and GitHub. - Experience with Spring Boot, RabbitMQ, MQTT, Hazelcast, and Eureka. - AWS and MongoDB expertise. - Networking certifications (CCNA, CCNP) and Linux certifications (RHCE, CKA).
