Quality Assistant Civil Engineering

As a Quality Control Technician, your role involves conducting testing on Finish Goods, incoming Raw Material, Packing Material, and building materials. You will be responsible for performing regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as required. It is essential to maintain the log of QC records generated at the site for easy traceability. Calibration of instruments should be done on a daily basis and as per decided periodical frequency. Ensuring the following of testing frequencies is crucial to avoid customer complaints. You should raise a flag in advance where QC specifications are not met. Additionally, you are responsible for maintaining 5S parameters and preparing and storing samples for testing and future reference. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct testing on Finish Goods, incoming Raw Material, Packing Material, and building materials - Perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions - Maintain the log of QC records for traceability - Calibrate instruments daily and as per frequency requirements - Ensure testing frequencies are followed to prevent customer complaints - Raise flags in advance for unmet QC specifications - Maintain 5S parameters - Prepare and store samples for testing and future reference - Prepare Blackbox of Dry Mix Product Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in quality control testing - Knowledge of calibration procedures - Attention to detail and accuracy in testing procedures In this role, you will be eligible for benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
