Roles & Responsibilities: Should be able to handle a team 15 to 20 Quality analysts who work in hybrid mode (WFO and WFH) Should be flexible to work in Night shifts (UK / US time zones). Should be able to constantly monitor and drive QA production Deep dive to solve subject queries originating from QAs, members from Operations and other stakeholders. Prior Criminal & Civil BGV experience - Experience with the legal/court system is preferred Ability to read court documents and analyze case information & lifecycle Processes and documents information with high levels of accuracy. Should have maintained an accuracy level of 98% Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) or similar software is required. Necessary Competencies: Adaptability, Multitasking, Collaboration, Soft Skills, Written and Verbal Communication, Problem Solving Strong analytical skills Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of products and services to quickly facilitate resolution Resolves challenges with attention to detail and sense of urgency Experience: Graduation is a must. Years of relevant experience: >2 years is preferred. Years of experience supervising: >2 years is preferred
