Quality Analyst - Tester - Supervising Associate

As a Quality Analyst/Tester Supervising Associate at EY, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of technology products. Your responsibilities will include: - Quality Assurance Champion: Utilize your knowledge of quality assurance processes to test the functionality and stability of technology products, ensuring clients receive the best service. - QA Tester: Responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of web and application solutions through comprehensive testing, including front-end and back-end components. This role involves validating user interfaces, executing API and database-level tests, and collaborating with developers for issue identification. - Automated Testing Solutions: Assist in designing and implementing automated testing solutions to enhance product quality and streamline processes. - Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with stakeholders to provide project progress updates and foster collaboration across teams. - Manage Quality Lifecycle: Strategize and manage the quality lifecycle of technology products, implementing best practices for high-quality solutions. Skills and attributes required: - Strong knowledge of system development lifecycle, quality assurance methodologies, and automated testing processes. - Proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. - Experience in Engineering & Systems Integration, quality assurance frameworks, and testing methodologies. - Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. - Ideally familiar with OpenText products, Azure DevOps, JMeter, Selenium, and backend testing tools like SQL-based tools.
