Role: QA Analyst Intern

As a QA Intern, you will support our product team in ensuring the quality, usability, and performance of our tools through robust testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and executing effective test cases and test plans for various applications.
• Perform manual testing across web and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
• Support automation testing efforts using tools such as Selenium or other frameworks (as applicable).
• Participate in smoke, sanity, regression, and UI testing cycles.
  Report bugs, assist in retesting, and maintain proper test documentation.
• Collaborate with developers throughout the SDLC and STLC to maintain quality standards.
• Help review and prepare test scenarios for both functional and non-functional testing.
• Conduct cross-browser, integration, and ad-hoc testing as guided.
• Learn and apply QA tools and best practices to improve testing efficiency.
• Analyse test outcomes, raise potential issues, and contribute to debugging efforts.
  

Requirements:

• 0–2 year of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing (internship/project experience accepted).
• Basic knowledge of manual testing concepts and familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium).
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and general QA methodologies.
• Interest or experience in testing mobile applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically and analytically.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
