As a Manager, Product Integration at Mastercard, you will be part of the Global Product Integration (GPI) team, working under Global Product Enablement within the Global Customer Delivery & Care organization. Your primary focus will be on new technology, products, and services in the Corporate Solutions sector of the business. In collaboration with product owners, development teams, and various stakeholders across Mastercard, you will play a crucial role in deploying solutions efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will revolve around ensuring speed, quality, and predictability in deploying new products and enhancements to support and scale projects from customer onboarding to launch and beyond. Global Product Integrators like you are instrumental in developing streamlined processes that are adopted globally by delivery teams, ultimately enhancing the customer and employee implementation experience. Your key responsibilities will include partnering with global product owners to understand requirements, developing test cases and tools for testing activities, creating global product delivery guides, and providing support and training to regional delivery teams. To excel in this role, you must possess the ability to simplify complex business and technical challenges, design efficient solutions, and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Building strong relationships with customers, internal and external partners, and management is crucial. You should thrive in a high-energy, proactive environment and exhibit exceptional attention to detail. Familiarity with Mastercard test tools, REST clients, and API standards is advantageous. Previous experience in customer delivery, testing processes, or quality analysis is beneficial. As a self-starter, you must be comfortable working independently or as part of a team, willing to adapt to flexible hours to support global delivery teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, especially in a teaching environment. Your role also includes corporate security responsibilities, where you are expected to adhere to security policies, maintain confidentiality and integrity of information, report any security breaches, and complete mandatory security trainings.
