You will lead testing efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and uphold quality standards throughout the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and create test plans, test data, and test environments. Design, review, and execute comprehensive manual test cases for both web and mobile platforms (Android/iOS). Lead and mentor a small team of QA engineers. Perform functional, integration, regression, exploratory, smoke, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Conduct cross-platform and responsive UI testing on real devices and browsers. Log and track defects in tools like Jira; collaborate closely with developers for root cause analysis and resolution. Provide detailed test reports, daily/weekly status updates, and release readiness feedback. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives. Continuously identify opportunities to improve testing practices and application performance. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in manual testing of complex web and mobile applications. Strong grasp of SDLC , STLC , and Agile methodologies . Proficient in manual testing of native and hybrid mobile applications on both Android and iOS. Skilled in writing clear and effective test cases, bug reports, and documentation. Practical experience with API testing using tools like Postman. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, and Excel. Understanding of responsive UI testing, real device testing, and browser developer tools. Ability to think from a user perspective and identify edge cases and usability issues. Domain knowledge in food delivery, e-commerce, or logistics is a strong advantage. Exposure to performance and load testing is a plus. Good to Have Basic knowledge of automation tools and scripting. ISTQB or equivalent certification.
