In this role, you will leverage analytics to drive insights that lead to actionable planning and strategic decision-making in the Customer Development (CD) function. Colgate Palmolive is on a journey of exponential growth, requiring a fresh perspective on the CD function to identify opportunities through analytics. Working closely with Sales leadership, you will answer key questions across regions, channels, and data sources to generate meaningful insights that add value to the business. Your responsibilities will include data extraction using SQL queries for extracting data from Snowflake, leveraging AI for advanced coding, analyzing data from assortment/image recognition and order capture systems, conducting comprehensive business analyses using MS Excel and Google Sheets, collaborating with stakeholders from Brand, Retail Marketing, and Sales teams, gathering qualitative feedback, managing dashboards and reports, enhancing sales dashboards, and training sales teams for effective utilization. The ideal candidate profile includes 3-4 years of relevant Analytics experience, baseline understanding of commercial processes, and preferably, prior experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
