As a General Manager (Engineering) in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of engineering activities and operations. With a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics and 22 to 24 years of experience, specifically in regulated markets and a sterile background, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our engineering department. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and approving various engineering GMP documents, preventive maintenance reports, and qualification documents. You will also be involved in the review and closure of Quality Management System (QMS) documents, as well as other related documentation. Additionally, your role will encompass managing the Engineering Operations, HVAC systems, Electrical systems, and Facility Management activities at our Halol-1 site. You will be responsible for approving preventive maintenance schedules, equipment inward approvals, and qualification protocols. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and implementing improvements to reduce production equipment breakdowns and ensuring the availability of critical utilities such as HVAC and water systems. In line with our commitment to sustainability, you will be expected to conceptualize and implement energy conservation measures for energy and water usage. Furthermore, you will be directly involved in preparing annual revenue and capital budgets, as well as overseeing engineering and facility modification activities. A key aspect of your role will be to drive continuous improvement in our engineering operating systems in collaboration with plant maintenance and production teams. You will be responsible for tracking Capex and modification activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery while maintaining safety, quality, timelines, and budgetary compliance. Your expertise will also be instrumental in standardizing and harmonizing documentation and procedures within the engineering department. By ensuring that all engineering SOPs, records, and schedules are up to date as per QMS standards, you will contribute to the overall efficiency and regulatory compliance of our operations. Furthermore, you will play a critical role in technical investigations, Quality Council meetings, compliance management, training activities, and facility management operations. Your ability to evaluate change control related to the global IT division will be essential in driving operational excellence across the organization. Overall, as a General Manager (Engineering), you will be a key leader in our organization, driving innovation, efficiency, and excellence in all engineering-related activities to ensure the continued success and growth of our operations.,
